Inspired and informed by culture, the energy of community, the bush and a unique upbringing in Outback South Australia. Niccy considers herself an Artist/Artisan like her Grandmother and ‘Jack of all trades’ Father.
Exhibiting regularly, sometimes with her Artist Collective called ‘Duck n Weave’; with cross disciplinary work such as printmaking, ceramics and repurposed objects.
She is most at home with hand forged tools, the landscape; its plants and found objects.
Her latest exhibition included Terracotta Vessels & amulets using found wire and feathers from walking South Australia’s Heysen Trail.
