About the Facilitator, Nico Reginatto
Nico is a relational facilitator from Argentina who spent nearly a decade living in New Zealand and Australia. His path into this work began with mindfulness and yoga in 2016, which opened the door to a deeper exploration of presence, awareness, and inner listening. A couple of years later, he discovered Authentic Relating and men’s circles, and found a form of connection that felt honest, grounded, and genuinely human.
Growing up, Nico often found it challenging to navigate the unspoken patterns of everyday communication and the pressure to perform or please. Authentic Relating offered him a different way of relating, one that values honesty, curiosity, impact, and the courage to reveal what is actually happening inside. This perspective continues to shape the way he creates and holds relational spaces.
Nico has been facilitating Authentic Relating spaces since 2021, drawing on experience in support work, well-being coaching, and relational coaching. He is particularly interested in Nonviolent Communication, conflict transformation, nervous system awareness, and the ways we can become more conscious of ourselves while staying connected to others.
He believes that much unnecessary suffering comes from disconnection, both from ourselves and from one another. His intention is to create spaces where people can slow down, become more aware of their experience, meet themselves and others with greater curiosity, and discover new possibilities for authentic connection.
