After leaving a 12 year career in tourism on the East Coast of Australia, Nicole pivoted into the wellness space in 2017. Starting off as a Yoga instructor, and then continuing her studies to become a registered practitioner in Remedial Massage Therapy. In her continued education she has completed skills training in Craniosacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release, Functional Cupping, Reiki Level 1, Shamanism, and foundations in Anatomy Trains. Based on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia, Nicole has now been a registered practitioner for 4 years, and treated over 300 people on her table. She has a wealth of knowledge both from lived experience and higher education, and is most passionate about using body work as an adjunct to mental health, and using technology for the greater good. Wellness Journeys is a compilation of her life's work, creating fully integrated experiences merging travel, wellness, and creativity so that guests can have a full embodied experience that will tickle all of the senses, and empower a deep remembering.
