Nicolle Griffin - Psychologist
Nicolle is a Registered Psychologist and Neurodivergent person who has worked with Autistic and ADHD kids, teens and adults over the past 20 years.
Very Helpful Chats was started by Nicolle in 2021 to provide a neuro-affirming service to ADHD and Autistic adults. Very Helpful Chats was designed as a telehealth-only company to justify Nicolle staying at home wearing comfortable clothing and hanging out with her menagerie of pets. This is a lifestyle choice that resonates with neurodivergent and neurotypical people alike - and Very Helpful Chats now provides psychology and occupational therapy to the clients across Australia who require or prefer telehealth appointments over face-to-face ones.
Since expanding throughout 2022 and 2023, Very Helpful Chats has now grown to a team of 30 neuro-affirming psychologists, OTs and admins who believe that neurodivergent people are not broken and do not need to be fixed.
