The Northern Ohio Area Chambers of Commerce (NOACC) is an association of 136 chambers of commerce across Northern Ohio. Established in 1995, NOACC was formed to bring health insurance discounts to members of chambers. Today, NOACC offers discounts on over 10 different types of ways for businesses to save on miscellaneous business expenses. Along with cost-savings program, NOACC offers professional and organizational development opportunities to chamber leaders, chamber staff and chamber board members by way of peer networking, special events, board training and strategic planning sessions.
