🌿 About Nora
Nora is a holistic practitioner based in Auckland, working at the intersection of modern therapy and traditional healing arts. Her approach is both grounded and intuitive, shaped by over a decade of personal exploration and practice in mind–body–spirit healing.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Peking University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine. She is also a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, a registered member of the American Hypnotherapy Association, and a Reiki Master.
Since 2018, Nora has been offering crystal singing bowl sound healing sessions in Auckland, holding gentle and supportive spaces for people to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
In recent years, she has deepened her practice through the study of tea meditation with a Zen tea master in Yunnan, discovering tea as a subtle yet powerful pathway into awareness and inner stillness.
During one particularly profound experience with Guī Qì tea, Nora went through a deeply personal moment of healing — including a dream of her late mother that brought a lasting sense of reconciliation and peace. This became a turning point in her journey, inspiring her to share this quiet, transformative practice with others.
Guided by this intention, she introduced Guī Qì tea to New Zealand and created the Guī Qì experience — a unique blend of tea meditation and sound healing.
Her work gently supports people to:
• slow down and reconnect with themselves
• cultivate awareness and presence
• access inner clarity and wisdom
• experience a sense of calm, balance, and inner shift
Nora’s sessions are warm, inclusive, and accessible to all — offering a space where you can simply arrive as you are, and be held with care.
