Tiny Distillery. World Class Gin.
North of Eden is a tiny artisan distillery nestled in the rolling green hills of the NSW Sapphire Coast. It is the region's most awarded and internationally recognised distillery, and its iconic Oyster Shell Gin was named Best Australian Gin of 2021.
As well as making some cracking spirits, North of Eden runs Gin School classes, where you can come and learn the dark arts of distillation from the head distiller himself and take home your own bottle of bespoke gin.
The team also runs a weekend Cellar Door, which offers visitors a unique and intimate distillery experience. Guests can enjoy a guided gin tasting of the full North of Eden range, or simply relax in the garden with an amazing cocktail and some big country views. BYO picnic and pooch.
