Tiny Distillery. World Class Spirits.
Tiny, unorthodox, and proudly independent, North of Eden is a small regional distillery located 10km north of Bega on the NSW Far South Coast. Using two small alembic stills and botanicals it grows on-site or forages locally, North of Eden's spirits have all won medals at the two largest spirit competitions in the world. Also recognised for its pioneering use of Australian grown juniper, it is the first distillery in the world to win an international gold medal for gin made entirely on Aussie juniper.
If you're planning a trip to Gin School, rest assured that you'll be in good hands! Participants will learn from the head distiller himself and - uniquely - get to use stills that are just smaller versions of the stills that are used in the distillery.
Visitors to the distillery's weekend cellar door can enjoy sensational cocktails in an unforgettable and unique farm setting - complete with resident highland cows. BYO picnic and pooch.
