The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) delivers public hospital and health services to a community of more than 420,000 people across Adelaide's North and North-Eastern suburbs, supported by a dedicated workforce of over 6,500 staff. Our catchment is home to 33% of South Australia's population and 24.6% of SA's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population, reflecting the rich diversity of the communities we serve, with 30.2% of our population born overseas and 23.3% coming from non-English speaking countries. We are committed to meeting the complex needs of our community, where 30.3% of our population live with one or more long-term health conditions. With our population forecast to grow by 27% by 2041, including an ageing demographic of 18% aged 65 and over, NALHN remains focused on delivering innovative, inclusive and future-ready healthcare for all.
