Our Nourished programs aim to both inform and inspire. All program offerings overview the very latest scientific evidence, in a clear and compelling way, to help you make informed lifestyle choices. What makes Nourished unique is that we highlight the emerging science about the role of your microbes; why they matter and how you can best nurture them so they in turn can nurture you.
- The Nourished eight week program provides a deep dive into eight key aspects of health and lifestyle, one each week: diet; movement; sleep; emotional health, mental health, social health; and connection with nature. It incorporates many practical steps you can take to create positive health habits, all backed by the most recent behaviour change research. The focus is on the small steps that make the biggest difference.
- The One Day Intensive provides an overview of four key aspects of health and lifestyle; diet, movement, mental health, and emotional health.
Who we are
Nourished is facilitated by Jenny Blagdon. She has spent over 40 years teaching people about health and wellbeing, at both an individual and community level. She is a certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner with the Australasian Lifestyle Medicine Association.
Wayne Speirs is a passionate plant based cook and foodie. He loves to experiment with new recipes and is always keen to share what he knows.
