Hi, I'm Leah from Nourished Woman Co. My events are created with intention to ensure women enter a warm and welcoming environment where they are able to give back to themselves. A space for women to truly nourish themselves from the inside out by resting, recharging & re-connecting with themselves. My Relaxation & Sound Meditation sessions are also open to men - we ALL need more deep rest.
I also run themed women's circles, private Mama Blessing ceremonies and I'm available for private group relaxation & sound meditation/ sound healing sessions.
