Singaporean-born Nuraishah Abdullah is a fully registered art therapist now based in Christchurch, New Zealand, where she lives with her family and cats. In her private practice, Attuned Space Art Therapy, Nuraishah currently sees adults who want to navigate emotional and psychological challenges so that they can foster deeper self-understanding and stronger relationships. Other than being passionate about community mental health, she is particularly keen to support first time migrant mums in NZ who want to feel confident during pregnancy but struggle with the loss of how to do just that. She offers both art and talk therapy to support them in their search on how to live authentically for themselves and their baby.
