Nya is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who is passionate about teaching yoga as a tool for empowerment, play, and rest.
As a community organizer with over 10 years of experience mobilizing BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, Nya brings a deep commitment to building spaces centered on decolonization and resistance. They have experience guiding young adults, remote workers, and intergenerational communities through movement, meditation, and stress-relief practices, supporting people in cultivating body awareness, resilience, and inner compassion.
As a full-time remote worker, Nya understands the need for intentional practices that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find balance in everyday life. They also collaborate with community organizations to support yoga fundraisers and wellness initiatives, improving access to movement as a pathway toward greater healing and liberation.
