I have 3 years’ experience working in Primary Care alongside GP doctors and nurses supporting their patients on their individual journeys to wellbeing.
As this looks different for everyone, there is no size fits all and it is important that we all take time to assess what is going on for each person, that is where, as a health coach I meet you at where you are to support and guide you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
