Julia’s path into fascia work began with her own long and often frustrating health journey. After years of chronic fatigue, tension and pain that exercise alone couldn’t resolve, discovering fascia focused practice became a turning point.
The changes she experienced in her own body were profound enough to change the direction of her life. What began as a search for her own healing has grown into a passion for helping others understand and work with their bodies in a more connected way.
Julia has been a Certified Block Therapy Instructor since 2022 and is currently training toward Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers certification. Her approach is also shaped by years of personal transformation, coaching and exploring the deeper emotional and energetic aspects of healing.
She continued teaching fascia work throughout pregnancy and birth and now, as a mum herself, understands how difficult it can be to prioritise your body in the middle of everyday life.
Today, Julia is particularly passionate about helping women in midlife move beyond simply accepting stiffness, pain and changes in their body as an inevitable part of getting older. Her aim is to help people build a real, practical relationship with their body so they can feel more at home in it.
Having transformed her own relationship with pain and her body, Julia knows change is possible. And she loves helping others discover that for themselves.
