Pandora Projects is a specialist family and domestic violence consultancy dedicated to strengthening practice, capability, and safety across the human services sector.
We work alongside practitioners, leaders, and organisations to support ethical, accountable, and trauma-informed responses to family, domestic, and sexual violence—particularly in complex practice contexts involving coercive control, perpetrator accountability, and high-risk decision-making. Our work is grounded in contemporary evidence, feminist and relational frameworks, and a deep understanding of the realities of frontline practice.
Pandora Projects delivers training, facilitation, supervision, and implementation support that is practical, reflective, and immediately applicable. We prioritise learning environments that are respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe, recognising both the impact of violence on victim-survivors and the cumulative toll this work can take on practitioners. Our approach balances challenge with care—supporting critical thinking, skill development, and sustainable practice over time.
