The motivation to understand what moves us has shaped Paola's life both personally and professionally.
With over 25 years of experience, Paola is a Pilates Instructor, FAMO Advanced teacher, FAMO educator, FAMO host in Sydney and Yoga Teacher.
Besides teaching at Pilates Studios, Paola lectures at conferences, holds workshops for teachers, runs masterclasses and retreats for clients and other movement enthusiasts.
Paola recently taught at Pilates industry events such as the PAA Conference (2025) and The Pilates Journal Expo (2025 & 2026)
