VIDEO Pass it on Clothing & Co. is a registered Australian charity with DGR, established in 2016 by Chris Vagg and Olga Puga, that provides clothing + connection for those experiencing homelessness at outreach services across Greater Sydney.
We started with a simple wardrobe cull, learned that only 0.4% of donated clothes to other providers are directly passed on to those in need, and simply wanted to ensure ours did, so those pieces would make a real difference for someone.
We had no intention of taking it any further, no experience, no capital to start, but immediately felt a deep connection with the people and loved the impact we had on their lives, so after two years we went for it and have made it work.
Fast forward to today and we are the best clothing outreach in Sydney (if not the world), have passed on 350,000 pieces of clothing at more than 1000 outreach services.
