Born into a family of business owners, she’s seen many challenges and successes.
After 10 years in corporate roles, Patch pivoted her career to follow her passion to help SME’s. For over 10 years, Patch has worked with hundreds of companies from a broad range of industries such as: construction, recruitment, legal, accounting, marketing, real estate, architects, early childhood, IT services & not for profits.
As a coach, Patch spends all her time helping business owners learn how to run their businesses, build healthy teams, drive growth, and most importantly – live a balanced life.
