Paul Winfield

Paul Winfield will be the instructor for the shiitake workshop.  Paul completed his Permaculture Design Certificate over 30 years ago, and has been an active Permaculture designer, practioner and mentor in the West and South Gippsland regions.  He has a passion for fungi and has been growing shiitake mushrooms on logs successfully for over 12 years, as well as using other methods for mushroom cultivation at home.
