What is a Kundalini Activation?
This is something that is very unique to each person and needs to be experienced to be understood fully.
The energy of Kundalini is within all of us and when divine energy is introduced through the crown chakra and brought down the spine it awakens a dance with your own life force energy. Then it will move and go to where ever it is needed in that moment.
The more we meet with this energy the deeper the relationship we can create with her(divine feminine energy), ourselves, emotional and spiritual body.
KA is a sound journey as well, which has been developed to support you and encourage the rising and movement of your life force.

Seeing geometrics, colors and spiritual beings.
Tingling, buzzing, humming of energy in the body.
Feeling of expansion and contraction.
Release of with held emotions expressed through laughing, crying, verbal release or feelings of divine love, bliss and joy.
Inner visioning, journeying
Physical expression to release trapped energy from the body, like, shaking, writhing, stretching, yoga poses, hand mudras or rocking.
