Penny Jones is a yoga teacher, musician, science communicator, motherhood coach, and solo mama to a beautiful little boy.
She weaves together the worlds of science, yoga, body and breath to offer new pathways to understanding ourselves and our world. She is passionate about creating spaces that nurture creativity, rest, relaxation and joy - especially in small things.
She lives in nipaluna/Hobart with her son.
