Qigong is an ancient Chinese internal martial art. It improves balance, body movement and harmonises the bodies energetic centres. The exercises are fluid and flowing. It is fun to practice and easy to do.

Peter Lorback has been a practitioner of Tai chi and Qigong for 30 years and a teacher of of internal Chinese practices for 5 years.
