Phoebe Barnes is a passionate educator, dance teacher, fitness and yoga instructor, and wellbeing advocate dedicated to supporting young people—especially teenage girls—to thrive both in and out of the classroom. With a background in teaching and the performing arts, she brings energy, creativity, and care to everything she does, from leading dance programs to guiding movement through fitness and yoga.
Phoebe is the founder of GroundED Girls, a holistic wellbeing program that helps students navigate the challenges of school life with confidence, balance, and self-awareness. Drawing on her knowledge of movement, mindfulness, and health, she equips girls with practical tools to support their physical and mental wellbeing.
At the heart of Phoebe’s approach is connection—she believes in creating safe, supportive spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and inspired to be their best selves.
