Welcome to Port Macquarie Women Connect - a women’s only group.

Lead by women for women - our coastal walk offers a safe place to share, connect, laugh, support each other and create new and long lasting friendships.

The leadership team currently stands as Simone, Brooke & Jules.

We are passionate individuals with lived experience who have a natural ability to empathise with others.

We love creating a safe place for women to share and do so with honesty and without judgement.

We are inclusive, respect diversity and encourage all women (trans and gender diverse too) to join our regular meetups.

Currently, we meet every Sunday at Lighthouse Beach 8am (7am during daylight savings), in front of Coast Cafe/Tacking Point SLSC. Followed by a beverage and chat afterwards near the cafe.

Our walk goes for approximately 50mins along beach and/or track. It is adults only, to allow mums and carers an opportunity to chat freely without the distractions of little ones.

On the first Tuesday of every month, we are welcoming our PMWC community to join us for a women's only gathering.

Casual in nature, and with a focus on women's wellbeing, these meet-ups provide an opportunity where we can come together to share our stories and support one another in a safe and confidential space.

Our gathering is open to all women, and you don't need to have attended our Sunday walks to join us. We know that 7am Sunday doesn't suit everyone.

The Port Macquarie Women Connect Facebook private group is a platform for you to stay up to date on our meet ups, and a place to post empowering supportive and relevant content.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out.

Love Simone, Brooke & Jules xxx
