Hi, I'm Tamra.

I have found my joy in helping others realise what a happy and free life looks like for them and supporting them to achieve it.

My journey includes growing through the impact of childhood neglect and embraced my creative thinking ADHD mind.

My learning journey includes Reiki Level 2 practitioner, Sound Therapist, Motivational Interviewing and a Certificate IV in Mental Health.

I have been working in community services for 5 years and most recently as a Mental Health Support Worker, Crisis Supporter and Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

I am a Meowmy to 2 furkids and my heart is in nature, music and dance.
