Public House is a historic Colorado saloon serving up delicious food and drinks. Built in 1882, and relocated in 1893 after a fire, our building was one of the town’s original saloons. Restored in 2017, it stands as a prime example of historic preservation in Crested Butte and currently operates as a restaurant, boutique hotel, and official Tap Room of Irwin Brewing Company.
