ABOUT the Puffs At Play:
Puffs At Play was formed in 2003, in a bid to create unique parties that showcase the heady talents of local artists and allow guests to frolic in uninhibited splendour, spanning Perth and London.
We bring art to the people and people to artists providing a festive platform to promote their creative wares. Puff Parties lure friends into a world of revelry… down into the ‘rabbit hole’, in befitting Alice in Wonderland fashion.
What does a Puff Party taste like...
- dance floor-heaving house music all genres
- a myriad of musicians: DJs, Singers, Percussionists, Saxophonists
- visual artists: Painters, Photographers, Fashion Designers, Make-up Artists
- creative movement: Dancers, Acrobats, Drag, Theatre Performers, Dark Arts
- a progressive, open-minded, energetic crowd who have been drawn to the party by personal invitation from an OG Puff Girl or from a friend of the Puff circle
- an intriguing setting for each party in hidden city venues
For one glorious night each year, the Puff committee of volunteers donate their time to organising and staffing events in collaboration with artists.
