Pursue Ability invites NDIS participants across the Hunter region to join our monthly Cooking Class, held at our Kurri Kurri day program.
This is a hands-on, fully supported session where participants build practical kitchen skills such as meal planning, safe food preparation, cooking and clean-up in a relaxed, social environment. Each month features a different recipe, allowing participants to grow their confidence and repertoire over time.
Suitable for adults of all abilities. Group sizes are kept small, with experienced disability support workers on hand throughout the session.
