PX Dojo (Trading as PollinateXD) is a collaboration between Adam Axon, founder of Give A Damn and Meg Bernard-May, founder of PollinateXD.
PX Dojo is a cohort based learning space for People folk who want to learn how to use concepts like human centred design, product thinking, and agile ways of working so you can intentionally design the conditions that enable your teams to do great work that contributes to achieving your organisation's mission.
Give A Damn helps start-ups and scale-ups evolve how they work so their people and business grow together, while keeping the magic that makes them special alive in everything they do. Adam blends 'product-led' thinking with people practices to design people experiences that empower teams who ensure customer value remains at the heart of everything they do.
PollinateXD helps start-up and scale-up leadership teams define performance, build the capability to lead it, and create the conditions for your people to thrive so you can scale with confidence. Megan leverages best practices from Organisational Psychology and User Experience Design to create alignment, autonomy, and the capability amongst leadership to drive performance and unlock the potential of their people.
