Rachel is a social worker who has worked in mental health and trauma for the past 8 years.
She is extremely passionate about meditation as a tool to gain self-awareness, to align the mind and body and to help regulate emotions and the nervous system. Meditation is a daily practice for Rachel and has been pivotal in her own healing journey.
Rachel's calm and compassionate nature allows her to provide a safe space for anyone to attend her events and feel welcomed, safe, heard and able to be witnessed in their most vulnerable states.
