Rachel is a coach, educator, speaker, author, wife, and mother who has worked with families both here in Australia and overseas for the past 27 years. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Teaching and Arts as well as a Master’s degree in Early Childhood. She is the founder of Quite Frankly Coaching where she utilises practical application of neuroscience to foster children’s wellbeing. Rachel coaches children and families, consults in education, facilitates group workshops and online courses, and presents at speaking events. Her passion lies in helping kids and families reconnect with who they really are.
