Rachel Woo is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner with over fifteen years of experience in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and TCM Food Therapy. In addition to private practice, Rachel regularly teaches Qigong, guiding students in cultivating the body’s vital energy to support self-healing and overall wellbeing through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Rachel has conducted workshops in Australia, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Nepal, and the Maldives, teaching TCM and Qigong to medical staff, healthcare professionals, and patients in both private and hospital settings. She has also been invited internationally to provide TCM services to several high-profile celebrities, elite athletes, and members of royal families. Motivated to delve deeper into the roots of TCM and the transformative power of Qigong & Taichi, Rachel journeyed to the Wudang Mountain Range in China, where she became a student of Li Shifu. Guided by his wisdom, she developed a profound connection with ancient Daoist medicine, integrating it into a more expansive and comprehensive healing practice.
Fei Liu - co-founder of Seven Teas Australia - was born and raised in China. She grew up immersed in the culture and rituals of tea. For her, tea ceremony is more than tradition — it is a way to stay connected to home, family, and cultural roots. Through years of personal practice and exploration, tea has become both a grounding ritual and a language of connection.
Now living in Australia, Fei is passionate about bringing the beauty and depth of Chinese tea culture into contemporary Australian life. As the co-founder of Seven Teas, she has designed and guided tea ceremony experiences, creating spaces where people can slow down, connect, and experience tea beyond simply drinking it.
Combing tea, art, and cultural storytelling, Fei is proud to share China’s 4000 years of tea history with Australia — a land with its own rich living histories and traditions — and to create meaningful cultural exchanges through tea ceremony and community experiences.
