Veronica "Racy" Wilde is a writer, educator, event producer, and practitioner specialising in Female-led erotic dynamics, power exchange, and Lifestyle Femdom.
After spending more than twenty years living and working throughout Europe, she returned to Brisbane with a desire to create the kinds of thoughtful, welcoming communities she had encountered abroad—spaces where people could gather, exchange ideas, ask questions, and explore topics that are rarely discussed openly.
Her work sits at the intersection of lived experience, education, and research. She holds a Master of Philosophy, with research focused on Femdom literature, Female Authority, and Female-led power dynamics. Alongside her academic work, she has spent many years exploring the practical realities of Female-led relationships, BDSM, submission, erotic psychology, and power exchange.
Before returning to Australia, Racy worked internationally across theatre, dance, festivals, conferences, immersive experiences, and cultural events. Whether producing large public events or intimate private gatherings, she has always been drawn to creating spaces where people feel comfortable exploring new ideas, engaging in meaningful conversations, and forming genuine connections.
She is the founder of Domina Social Club, a Brisbane community dedicated to exploring Female-led erotic dynamics through salons, discussions, social gatherings, and educational events. Over the years, she has worked with both Dominant Women and submissives, helping people better understand Female authority, surrender, intimacy, and the many ways erotic power dynamics can shape relationships.
At heart, Racy is endlessly curious about people and the complexity of human desire. Her salons are designed not as lectures, but as conversations—thoughtful, intelligent, welcoming spaces where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and nobody is expected to already know the answers.
