Radha comes to Yoga Therapy through her own felt experience from the practice of Yoga and is passionate about the gifts that it has to offer in the journey of self discovery. As a Yoga Therapist she brings with her the many tools that are found within the practice of yoga and mindfully builds a practice that has meaning and purpose for those who are keen to take an active roll in their health and well-being.
