Raechelle, founder of Sacred Sounds and Breaths, is guided by the belief that when we pause, breathe, and drop into the heart, something truly beautiful happens. In that stillness, the soul begins to speak. Breathwork and Sound Healing have been powerful tools in her own journey — helping her calm her mind, heal, and gain guidance. She now shares these practices to support others in doing the same.
Raechelle loves creating safe, nurturing spaces where people feel supported, seen, and deeply held to surrender to their unique journey. As clients soften, open their hearts, and reconnect with their inner truth, their energy begins to shift. Their presence transforms. And the way they move through the world — calmer, clearer, more grounded — touches everyone around them.
Her offering is a chance to pause, reconnect, and find the wisdom within.
