This community is about a new way of education, where we connect, and support each other with information, inspiration, and authentic coaching communication as we discover the real educational alternative for teens and young adults. This is authentic because your entire family thrives. This is different—you get to finally be you, whether the teen, parent or educator.
It's time to move beyond mere adjustments and embrace a new educational paradigm. This way isn't just about improving the number of young people engaged in learning; it's about changing the trajectory of the world's well-being. Our approach to communication is based on love, not fear, offering a pathway to a more joyful and fulfilling educational journey for your young people. We, as adults, have a responsibility to our young people. We get to de-tach now and connect instead.
This organisation is a community and we are different; we are parents and educators of teens who follow an alternative education pathway or young adults who are work-skill trainees or following a self-directed career...or want to. We’re already different because we welcome teens experiencing challenges consistently attending conventional school, and we support their whole family where we can. We support NDIS participants and those who require School Leavers Education Support (SLES). We allow the space as we guide the way to discover and metamorphose with their authentic passion and purpose as their compass. They all have a compass, and yet sometimes they are lost. That's okay. We trust that you will agree after you have been here a while that no superficial change will ‘fix’ things because - well, this is about The Changemaker Way™️; it's about healthy, wholistic connection and much more. We invite you to join our community.
You see, what teenagers, their parents, educators, families, and the whole world need now is much more than behavioural change and psychological change; we need nothing less than to rise up and allow teenagers to be who they were born to be, to finally connect the dots and feel at ease. In other words, feel safe to allow connection—this is what the world needs currently. Where there is a struggle, there is no connection.
As we embark on this journey towards a more loving world, a world where we are all responsible for what we create and achieve, we are not just changing on the surface. We are being the change and raising changemakers, following The Changemaker Way™️. This change is both internal and external as we connect and hold space for ourselves, each other, and our young people. By joining us, you have the opportunity to discover and embrace your true self and, in doing so, contribute to the gift of change we are making to the world, to your world.
We are a fast-growing community of changemakers because implementing the authentic coach approach for parenting on purpose results in happy, confident, and future-ready teens and calm, resourceful, and resilient parents.
Change is an opportunity to align your teen’s inner changemaker to their passion and purpose, transcend learning and work refusal and experience the end of apathy, deception, rejection, attrition, and confusion. It's an opportunity for you to be the change.
We coach and support you by hosting events and courses in raising your teenagers to be themselves and allow their inner changemakers to shine and thrive. You and your family will have more freedom, ease, and independence and know you are doing the right thing. School is optional; learning is not.
