RayWave Events is a promotion and events management label run from Wellington, NZ.
Established in 2026, RayWave is a label centered around the guidance that we can find from the beauty of Aotearoa's natural ecosystem within our everyday lives. Like the whai (stingray) which represents sustainability in ecosystems and the nourishment of natural environments, RayWave builds a kaupapa inspired by community. RayWave believe that these same perspectives of sustainability should be applied to all aspects of life, with the NZ music industry and local music scenes playing as a main focus.
This means that all events run under the label have a sole focus of bringing together community and uplifting project collaborators as much as possible in the process to ensure a sustainable ecosystem within which live music can thrive. All venues, designers, performers, managers, and everybody involved in RayWave events are promised equality and opportunity.
