A mothers' group that's about you.
Motherhood can be beautiful, exhausting, overwhelming and everything in between. Sometimes you just need somewhere to pause, take a breath and talk to women who understand.
Ready to Rise Circles are relaxed, small-group sessions for pregnant women and mothers with babies under one, designed to create space for honest conversation, connection and practical support.
Each Circle has a different theme exploring the real-life experiences of motherhood — from the mental load and identity changes to comparison, guilt, boundaries and looking after yourself.
What to expect
🌿 A warm, welcoming space to arrive, settle in and leave the busyness of the day at the door.
💬 Genuine conversation about the parts of motherhood we don't always talk about.
🤍 Connection with other mothers — whether you come with a friend or don't know anyone at all.
🧠 Practical strategies and gentle tools to support your emotional wellbeing.
✨ No pressure to share. You can participate as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Circles are not group therapy. They are supportive, facilitated spaces by a mental health clinician where you can connect, reflect and feel a little less alone during the transition into motherhood.
