In this body centred movement series you will find space to breathe, embody, connect and centre yourself through dance, and somatic practices.
A 4 week exploration using the architecture of your anatomy to sense, feel, move and create from your wisdom body.
Open to all who have a desire to dance and uncover deeper connections between the body, movement and self.
No previous dance experience necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring a bottle of water, notebook for reflective writing practice and a blanket.
