Rebecca is a Breathwork Facilitator based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland.
She believes the breath is one of our greatest teachers. Her work weaves breath, music, sound, voice, embodiment and deep presence to create spaces where people can meet themselves more honestly and deepen their relationship with what is already within them.
Known for facilitating experiences that are both grounding and profound, Rebecca doesn't believe transformation comes from being pushed. She believes it begins when we feel safe enough to stay with whatever is present.
Her approach has been shaped by years of personal practice alongside training through SOSHA (School of Spiritual Healing Arts), Elevāre and HineHau. She is also part of the HineHau team, supporting facilitator training and programme delivery.
Through workshops, retreats and The Sacred Pause, Rebecca creates spaces for people to explore breath, body, sound and self, and the relationship between them.
