The Redlands Regional Jobs Committee (RJC) is a locally-led, industry-driven initiative focused on strengthening the Redlands Coast workforce and supporting sustainable economic growth.
Bringing together employers, industry leaders, training providers, government and community organisations, the RJC works collaboratively to address local workforce challenges and deliver practical, job-focused solutions.
Our work is centred on:
Supporting employers to attract, recruit and retain the right staff
Connecting businesses with training, workforce programs and talent pipelines
Increasing workforce participation across underutilised cohorts
Strengthening collaboration across the local employment and training ecosystem
The RJC delivers initiatives that are practical, employer-focused and outcomes-driven, including industry working groups, events and targeted programs designed to respond to real workforce needs.
The Redlands Employer Webinar Series is part of this commitment — providing accessible, practical insights and tools to help local businesses build strong, sustainable workforces.
The Redlands Regional Jobs Committee is proudly supported and funded by the Queensland Government.
