Return and Earn, NSW container deposit scheme, launched in December 2017 is a recycling initiative with strong community support and measurable social, economic, and environmental outcomes. The scheme refunds 10c for each eligible drink container returned through its over 668 return points across NSW. Funded by the beverage industry, it is delivered in partnership between the NSW Government, Exchange for Change, and TOMRA Cleanaway.
