Rising Thru The Cracks is Australia's first independently owned and operated Connection Circle for adult female survivors 18+ of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) & childhood sexual violence (CSV); based in Helensvale on the Gold Coast.
Your host and creator of RISE is an experienced connection circle, events & support group host who is also a survivor of CSA & CSV. With varying levels of skills, knowledge and lived experience - both accredited and unaccredited - across many fields, such as: Reiki, The Vagus Nerve & Nervous System, Psychology, Inner Child Work & Internal Family Systems, Meditation, Spiritual Practice, Trauma, Program Development & Creation, Working with Youth, Teaching and Education - your host is passionate and motivated, to provide the community with a supportive space to express, be accepted and genuinely connect.
Our Connection Circles are a safe space, for adult women to come together, share our stories, strength & hope - and RISE, amongst women who know, feel, understand and have compassion, for what you have experienced and what you have had to live, struggle and endure since. Our events are an opportunity, to form a vital support system, within the community.
