Rachel Friebel is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with a background in community services, including program management and leadership. She has enjoyed working as part of multidisciplinary teams and gaining exposure to a number of different areas within community services, affording her a wholistic view of client support. Rachel has worked as a generalist counsellor and educator in Family and Relationship Programs and Mental Health. As part of her leadership role in Family and Relationship programs, she was involved in the design and implementation of community based programs responding to Family Violence.
Rachel is passionate about effective therapeutic support for those impacted by Family Violence. Over the last 7 years she has facilitated training on this topic with a variety of professionals and community members.
Rachel currently works in an organisational setting along with her private practice, where she provides counselling and training along with clinical supervision services for individuals and groups working in private practice and organisations. Rachel is also involved in the provision of supervision training for a variety of human services professionals.
