A beautiful Hello! 

I am Rosalie. I help burnout carers turn their pain into empowerment for a fulfilling life.

I have been using breathwork for the last 3 years intentionally to support my healing and regulation of my nervous system. 

I am a parent/carer for persons with disabilities and am a strong advocate for caring for the carers of this world. 

I provide a soft, gentle approach with my clients through personalised 1:1 breath sessions, I offer breath-centric coaching programs and host several workshops to support people wanting to start their journey with breath.
