Rose is a passionate holistic health and wellness coach dedicated to nurturing all dimensions of human health—physical, intellectual, emotional, social, environmental, and spiritual. Her own journey has been driven by a deep commitment to these principles, leading her to extensive studies and qualifications, including Level 2 Personal Trainer, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Aging, and Brain Health.
With a strong understanding that each individual has unique challenges, Rose designs classes tailored to personal needs, integrating all aspects of well-being. Her experience with breathing techniques, meditation, and various movement practices has shown her firsthand how these tools can alleviate stress, anxiety, and other physical and mental challenges. She is passionate about guiding others to enhance their health and well-being.

Believing it’s never too late to improve health, Rose creates a welcoming, non-competitive environment for men and women of all ages. Her classes foster a sense of community among like-minded individuals and include Yoga, Pilates, Functional Mobility, and Falls Prevention.
