The Royal Society Te Apārangi is an independent, not-for-profit organisation with a vision for Aotearoa New Zealand to be guided and inspired by science and research. Its work advances education in science and technology, promotes public understanding of science and research, and supports scientists and researchers through project grants, career grants, journal publications, support for international collaborations, excellence awards, professional standards, guidelines, and other knowledge infrastructure.
