Rugby Club of Victoria is an independent, non-playing club that gives rugby fans the purpose, passion and connection that comes from playing and supporting the great game.
We come together regularly through our monthly ‘Rugby at the Local’ and other signature events, to celebrate our rugby community, cheer on Victorian-born and raised players playing professionally worldwide, and to raise funds to invest in the future of rugby in Victoria.
Our active community consists of members of Victorian rugby clubs, ex-Melbourne Rebels supporters, Wallabies fans, rugby ex-pats from all over the planet, professional players and their families, casual followers… young and old… anyone and everyone with rugby in their blood.
We raise funds and allocate them to the best ideas for growing rugby in Victoria. Club members meet annually to consider applications from the rugby community, with every member eligible to vote on what initiative to support, meaning we all play an active role in helping grow the game.
