Ruth Hibburt is a highly accomplished Teacher, Author, Mindset Coach, and Therapist
Having taught over 3500 students from a diverse range of social and learning needs, Ruth is a positive change-maker in education. She’s an expert in building skills, confidence and positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers. Ruth currently bridges the gap for families who have children refusing to attend school, entering home education, suffering from anxiety or overwhelm and/ or struggling with learning difficulties.

Ruth is an expert in numeracy and literacy improvement and is a pioneer in her field; having successfully bridged the gap between traditional education models, personal development, growth mindset and healing therapies. Ruth’s mission is to help others, gain the tools to believe in themselves, to make better decisions and to feel more success.
As an educational consultant, Ruth currently runs individual and group workshops, for children, teenagers, parents, and teachers, supporting them with numeracy and literacy improvement strategies, positive Mental Health and Growth Mindset.
In December 2019, Ruth successfully self-published a personal development book titled, ‘Do Make Mistakes- the secrets to success every teen should know’. Recently, Ruth’s success with teenagers and her book ‘Do Make Mistakes’, has gained media attention, with interviews and a variety of articles published by six newspapers: internationally and in Australia.
Ruth is the founder of the Inclusive Learning Foundation, which is a local, not for profit, non-government philanthropic foundation.
