Sabrina Zanuttini
Sabrina is a skilled bodyworker, yoga teacher, and space holder devoted to supporting
healing, connection, and embodied wellbeing. Her work is grounded in presence and a deep
respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
With over 15 years of experience, Sabrina is trained in relaxation and remedial massage,
myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy. Her bodywork supports the release of tension,
restoration of balance, and the body’s natural capacity for healing and wellbeing.
Her sessions go beyond the physical, incorporating energy work alongside sacred song and
drum medicine to create a deeply grounding and restorative experience. This unique blend
invites not only muscular and structural relief, but also emotional release and energetic
alignment.
Yoga teaching is a more recent addition to her wellbeing toolkit. A long-time practitioner,
her relationship with yoga deepened significantly following a serious health crisis—an
experience that became a turning point in her life and inspired a heartfelt passion for
teaching. This lived experience brings authenticity, empathy and respect for each student’s
unique journey.
Trained in viniyoga, vinyasa and yin, she offers accessible and mindful practices that weave
together breath awareness, gentle inquiry, and supportive movement. Sabrina creates a
welcoming and supportive space where students are encouraged to move at their own
pace, listen to their bodies, and explore yoga as a tool for balance, resilience, and self-
awareness. Her classes are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate a sense of
ease—both on and off the mat.
Another devoted practice for Sabrina is as a long-standing member of a women’s circle
through which she has developed into an experienced and grounded space holder. She is
passionate about creating safe and nurturing environments where women can gather, be
seen and heard, and reconnect with themselves and one another in an authentic way.
Whether through bodywork, yoga, or circle, her work invites a slowing down, a softening,
and a return to self with greater ease, awareness, and connection.
